another blog i started, and can't keep up with it. herumph. 

well, the P is for penis has two pages up. i'm in the heat of summer wedding season and trying to start an annual art show for next month. this will be the first show. i'm just to busy to keep up with the blog.

after the rush, the other site will be fully operational... unless the rebel alliance is plotting against me.

this is a short post because i'm still swamped. unfortunately this doesn't cover any of the new updates i promised, sorry to disappoint some of you.

over the last few weeks, i've been working on separating my naughty works from the design business i run, but i was having trouble pinpointing a memorable name that was appropriate and humorous. 

however, on my one year anniversary, over a bottle of wine, my wife was struck with an idea for this new venture. one that normally comes out of my own mouth!

these works and more will now have a home under the following moniker:

been super busy with my wife's bakery, and maintaining small slivers of sanity while trying to work my other two jobs (freelance & bartender). 

updates on SLC, Ike & Jane, & new work soon. 

new paper should be in this week as well. those of you waiting for prints & bonuses only have a few more restless nights of anticipation.

SLC Convention.

so far so good. i'm having a great time with the boys and carolyn, whom i've traveled 1,000 of miles with to get here. i've met some great new people, admirers, and more importantly friends (this sounds like a fucking greeting card right now).

a lot of new faces became fans of my work, chris's and mike's as well. here are some verbal highlights. i'll put up some pictures when i get back home.... also cause i'm on margarita duty right now. that's right, cause i'm awesome!

chris: lip tattoo, phoenix (chest to back piece), sexy text w/ phillagry, won #1 small color award complete w/ plaque and client won $100

mike: topless chick w/ ATAT helmet and unicorn skull in hands, baby fetus in coke bottle, doomsday skull w/ headdress,  robot pinup girl, 

dennis: sick crow w/ phillagry swirls - this made me think about having him color in my snowy egrets... (didn't happen though), snakebird on carolyn's arm

if you are my facebook friend, you can check some of the mobile uploads of these things. if not, wait a week.

i met this guy who has some amazing sex terms, ya know, the gross ones like angry pirate, jelly donut, his penultimate was the sigfried and roy! soooo good - soooo tricky. that's for another update.

The Click Five - East Coast Tour

these posters were made primarily for online distribution for The Click Five's mini east coast tour in march. they were great to work with, and considering it is the equivalent of having 5 clients for one project - things went very smoothly.

joey zehr actually took the design from this poster and made a nice little animation for their website.

the bottom two were early designs that we didn't finish hashing out. although they need work i still quite like them. kyle patrick's face on the right side is used multiple times as a place holder for the other members.
